Mike Huckabee Gets Revenge on Cher After She Attacks Daughter Sarah’s Looks

Singer and actress Cher went after Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders on Monday, urging her to quit dressing like a ‘sister wife.’

Here’s the tweet…

Sarah’s father, former Arkansas governor and presidential candidate Mike Huckabee, wasn’t about to let Cher off the hook.

From Gateway Pundit:

Governor Huckabee: Of all the people to give fashion advice on how to professionally dress like a business person, are you serious, Cher? You’re going to be the one? The person who dresses like a cigarette girl at a casino on stage? And you’re going to tell my daughter how to dress? I just find that laughable and utterly out of touch and what kind of lala land do these celebrities live in.

Huckabee for the win? Easily.

Cher needs to think things through next time.

In other Sarah Sanders-related news – the press was furious that President Trump called out liberal Sen. Kristen Gillibrand on the fact that she used to ask him for campaign money before he was commander-in-chief.

Obviously, that’s not sexist. That’s telling the truth that Gillibrand was willing to do whatever it took to get a campaign contribution from Trump.

Of course, Democrats automatically assumed that was sexual because they assume everything is sexual because they are very strange people.

Sarah Sanders wasn’t having any of it.

From Washington Examiner:

The White House defended President Trump on Tuesday for suggesting Democratic Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand “would do anything” for campaign contributions, saying those who claimed the tweet contained sexual innuendo have their mind “in the gutter.”

Trump has used “similar terminology many times when talking about politicians of both parties, both men and women,” press secretary Sarah Sanders told reporters.

“There’s no way this is sexist at all,” Sanders said. “He’s not alleging anything. He’s talking about the way our system functions as it is – that politicians repeatedly beg for money. That’s not something new and that comment, frankly, isn’t something new.”

Another great moment for Sarah.

Sanders had some thoughts on Trump’s alleged ‘s***hole’ comment, saying: “We’ve wasted five days fighting over one word.”

From BizPac Review:

“In that meeting, the president reportedly used a vulgarity,” asked the reporter. “The White House has said he did not use that specific word. The president has said that as well but a number of people in the administration said he used tough language, rough language, strong language – can you clear up what the president did say?”

“Look, I wasn’t in that room so I can only go off the individuals who were,” said Sanders. “They said that term wasn’t used but tough language was. No one will pretend like the president is always politically correct. He isn’t. I think that’s one of the reasons the American people love him, one of the reasons he won and is in the Oval Office today. He isn’t a scripted robot. He’s somebody who tells things like they are sometimes, and sometimes he does use tough language.”

“The point he’s trying to make, the point that the entire conversation frankly should be focused on, is the issue at hand,” continued Sanders. “We’ve wasted five days fighting over one word when we should be fighting over the people that are involved in the DACA program. If Democrats really want to protect these individuals, that’s who they should be fighting for and that’s what they should be fighting about, is figuring out a permanent solution the DACA. Not a quick fix. Figuring out how to secure the border and increase border security. Figuring out how to end chain migration. How to end the Visa lottery situation. They’re wasting time and complaining the president isn’t doing enough when he is the only one really engaging in this process, and hopefully they’ll get on board, get out of the way, and actually start doing their job.”
