After attempting to destroy the proprietors of a California cafe using a huge religious discrimination suit, a bunch of entitled women were slapped with a perfectly deserved dose of justice.
Despite earning up just one percent of the U.S. population, Muslims have gained over their fair share of political and media focus thanks to not only the simple fact that they are 13 times more likely to perpetrate terrorism but their fervent activism to get Sharia law.
By accusing people and institutions of racism and Islamophobia, this tiny minority can wage non-violent jihad in an effort to induce the unbelievers to kowtow to their religious compulsions.
In June 2016, a bunch of seven Muslim ladies, all of whom are in their 20s and 30s, filed a lawsuit against the Urth Caffe in Laguna Beach, alleging that the owners had engaged in religious discrimination by kicking them out since they wore hijabs.
After finding that the cafe’s female proprietor Jilla Burkman, is also Muslim, the accusers alleged that they were the victims of racial bigotry.
In fact, Jilla and her husband, Shallom, forced the women to leave the restaurant since they had become belligerent after exceeding the 45-minute limit in their desk without ordering.
In September 2017, the cafe owners gained a small success, convincing the court to reveal the identities of the seven Muslim women who had been using legally protected anonymity to continue to slander the Burkmans for alleged racism. But, Jilla and Shallom weren’t quite finished using the entitled Muslim women.
The accusers dropped their claim following mounds of evidence piled, implying that not only were they not the victims of discrimination but that they were trying to defraud the cafe owners with a frivolous litigation.
“This litigation was a fraud and a hoax from the get-go. Following two years of litigation and after Plaintiffs’ leftist/progressive attorneys, such as the ACLU, spent thousands of dollars attempting to induce a huge monetary payoff for their customers at Urth Caffe’s expense, they have received no money at all and have effectively dropped their claims only to run for the hills.”
The accusers include Sara Khalil Farsakh, Soondus Ahmed, Sara Soumaya Chamma, Yumna H. Hameed, Safa Rawag, Safa Rawag’s sister, Marwa Rawag, and Rawan Hamdan. As AFLC legal counselor David Yerushalmi points out, the women not only were captured falsifying discrimination claims, one of these is likewise an anti-Semitic pro-Hamas activist.
“This litigation is nothing short of an abuse of process,” David Yerushalmi, AFLC co-founder and senior adviser, said. “Several key facts demonstrate the contrived and savage nature of the women’s claims. First, one of two owners who manage the Urth Caffe is herself a Muslim girl.
Jilla Berkman, a co-owner of the Urth Caffe with her husband, was the one who actually authorized the call to the police following the women now asserting victim-status were abusive to the Urth Caffe workers and refused to give up their table each the stated policy.
Third, the company behind the scenes organizing this fraudulent suit is CAIR, or even the Counsel on American-Islamic Relations.”
The organization is a terrorist group and a front team. Obviously, the group instantly recognized the opportunity to subjugate the owners, even though ultimately failing.
“Urth Caffe didn’t discriminate against the girls who’ve registered this fraudulent lawsuit. The promise that these women were requested to depart the café since they were wearing hijabs is laughable.
That night, as every Friday night, a large number of young people, including the majority of whom are Muslim and of Arab descent, constitute the foundation of Urth Caffe’s customers. A number of these clients are girls wearing hijabs. Not one of the Muslim girls were asked to leave.
The girls who claim victim status were not requested to leave, but just to comply by the café’s coverage to give up their high-demand outdoor patio table after 45 minutes to allow other customers, such as those wearing hijabs, to savor the encounter.”
Being a Muslim herself, Jilla Burkman identified that the women were using the lawsuit to engage in Sharia”lawfare.” What they didn’t expect was for the proprietor to be of the same religious and foreign history, further disproving their claims of discrimination.
Lawsuits are simply one of the ways that Muslims in the West can wage jihad without having to resort to terrorism. The fear of being accused of racism, left bankrupt, as well as sentenced to prison is sufficient for many people and businesses to simply settle with their accusers from court and employ Sharia-compliant principles to their regular lives.
